Cramming is great, crammers get a smug sense of self satisfaction knowing that although thier competitive peers beat them, its a moral victory for them cos their work-to-mark ratio is highest

Nice post at the beginning.

When outlining your study make sure what you are going to do is clearly defined. Without a clear aim your mind will tend to wander. And be specific...don't just say 11-12:30 "do maths"...say 11-12:30 "do Qs 9-20 of chapter review 6"

That way, it's motivating to see how much work you have actually done.
