If you do it correctly, yes. But then again, I guess it depends on how you rate "healthy" as a whole. Click and judge for yourself.
Oh, thanks!

Roasted Chicken looks okay (24 g of protein and 4 gram of fat)

I guess I will try that.

You have to be careful though. That doesn't include cheese or sauce, so you have to factor that in. The southwest sauce has something like 22g of fat or something insane like that, so steer clear if you are watching the fat side of things.
wot, is this just the bread and the stuff then?

Ah, damn it.

I better read more carefully then.

It's based on:

- white or wheat bread
- the meat
- all salads

No sauce, cheese or alternative bread (eg you have to add it up yourself)
Oh I see. I guess I will just tell them to get rid of cheese...

I will look into sauces...

thanks!

meatball on italian herbs and cheese
cheddar
toasted
all salads
no extra sauce/marinara
salt and pepper

meatball's probably the best value - fill you up heaps. probably the worst for ppl who have to watch their weight though (muahaha not me :))

when I used to work at subway I basically tried every variety. In the end I always have all salads, and always steered clear of runny sauce if I'm taking away because its almost pointless (sauce runs down to the bottom of the wrapping sheet, making damp the bottom of the bread)

I did a taste test with ched/swiss/mozz/old and swiss is about the most bland cheese ever. You probably won't even notice its there if you order a sub and put swiss cheese on it. Or double swiss cheese.

Cool another person who likes all salads.

I for some reason always say swiss I guess I got in the habit but really I couldn't care less so might ask for Chedder next time I think then.
