Same here, I hated making algorithms.

I'm not quite sure, I sort of remember the question but not quite though.......sorry.

Terrible exam. Very easy...but when you don't remember most of the coursework it's terrible.

I think I said selection...no idea if its even one of the string processes...i know there was extraction but I couldn't quite remember. Then I rambled about how a general application is copying a part of a string, like in a word processor. lol

Think it was polymorphism actually, but not sure, my reasoning was pretty weak.

Overall was pretty fair, will be more ready for HSC

Wow, you guys find the SDD Exam easy?
I've always found SDD exams to be hard and challenging.

How'd you guys go with the binary stuff?

Same here

Not only the major project but we haven't got our research task back either.
I hope he will mark the exam quickly this time...

Which part did your teacher mark the hardest? Is there any way you can agrue some marks back? We always do that in Chem and Phy...:D

lol
what makes me worry is that i left some questions blank or wrote something that makes no sense. Can't get marks for blank lines :(

I actually saw the dot point of string processing in the syllbus before and tried to look up in my text book. Guess what, the text book doesn't cover it...So I forgot about it and here it is in my trial paper.

Wow, that's a pretty high mark.
This subject is way too freaking hard! Too much content and other little bits and pieces. :(

I do SDD by correspondence, got my mark back (76%) today. Seeing as I did about 2 hrs study the night before (in contrast to physics which I spent most of the weeks prior studying for :p), and thinking after the exam I would be last in the class, I'm very happy with coming 1st.
