I finally found a title for mine.

Schrödinger's Cat

I think its nifty, and despite the fact there is not a single cat or a man name Schrödinger in any of my pieces, it fits quite well. ^_^

What titles are you all playing around with?

So far I have...

* Unvanquished and Unyielding
* Life by Water. Death by Water
I prefer Life by Water. Death by Water.

really? hmmm i will think about it.

"Unvanquished and Unyielding" seemed appropriate because it is a quote from her texts and also what written is on her headstone (but i guess i dont mention that in my work)

I thought "Life by water. Death by water" was emphaising the water motif too much. Or perhaps it makes it more apparent. I guess in this case the title applies to the whole story, not just the end.

Oh now you have me befuddled! Thanks.

atm my title is "secret chords".. it works well with my stories. but thats subject to change

first 5 words:
caught a music its person they from swaying in
Against and welts delicate face are in a this...etc
Open from becomes shelter
Waits hush glow horizon

i think i like the last one best..

I like "The Pure"
Probbaly because it reminds me of The Cure. It sounds... good.

Mine is currently "Gods Tears"
But that will most definately have to change, as my story has been slashed back to 1700 words and keeps morphing. *dies*
Every 5th letter gives me "It Wanted Not to Cast"
Or, if we ignore the prologue:"And Of A Traffic Sun"

hurrrrm.

Mine was originally 'Who Killed Sam Spade?' but sadly our good friend Spade had to be cut. I have absolutely no idea what to title it now.

I named mine after an artwork. *nods*

5 word thing: roofs of sound clashing anything.

eh

my teacher tried to title it and i hated it. 'Palm Sugar, Fresh Milk' what does she think the story is? a recipe for an east asian dessert?!?!?!?!?! jeez.

my cousin suggested 'why it sucks to be poor' and also 'Shoahg Potter and the Goblet of Fire that killed his Mum'

right now it's a toss up between:
'The Flower and Fade of of Seasonal Motion' (the pretentiousness that emanates, scalds my poor eyes argggghhh)

or just 'Flower and Fade'

any comments? any suggestions? anything?

can you guys help me with a title? I think I'm reaching desperation point.

the most recurring motif in the story is a mirror so i was thinking maybe I could incorporate it in but I'm really really stumped for a title. the best my depleted creative juices could come up with is 'distorted visions'. but that sounds really cliched, so i dont think i'll use it.

'Tis kinda tricky without knowing what your story is about, but here we go:

Twisted Reflections
The Mirror
A Window To Ourselves
Shiney
Reflected Motion
The Crazy Adventures of Mirror Man
See Yourself
See Ourselves
Refraction
Frosted Glass
Condensation
Do Mirrors Reflect?
Reflections on a Mirror
Seven Years Bad Luck
House of Mirrors
The Story of a Mirror That Makes You Look Fat
Mirror Eyes
The Two Way Mirror
Mirror, Mirror
The Minor Mirror's Massive Mischief
Micky Mirror and his Mundane Motives
Mirror, Mirror, Mirror, Mirror, Bang
Mirror Without Light
Deep Mirror

Now Surely at least one of those is relevant?

wow...quick reply. thanks for the inspiration *hugs*. I'll probably merge it with something else. yay, maybe i'll dedicate this story to the orange_blob, the person who saved me from tearing my clothes off in panic...or i'll just start the reflection statement...

oh yeah and with the pages, we only have every page numbered and the student number at the top right? does that include the cover page?

hee hee, maybe I'll just rip all my hair out instead?

The Crazy Adventures of Mirror Man - A Story of Arson, Drugs, Embezzlement and Love Tragedies?

Maybe, just maybe it would (not) work?

You haven't given us much information to work with.

You could be really original and post modern by calling it 'Untitled'... wait no, here's a better one, 'Document1.doc'. Yeah, do that.
