Did anyone see in the herald where they ranked schools by englsih credits.
The top school was JR with 58% of students getting a credit.
The second school was this little school that had 1 student, did 2 english subjects, got 1 credit and therefore 50% of the students got credits in their english courses. LoL.
Btw, i'm sorry if someone has allready said this in this thread, I have just been too busy to read it thoroughly.

Yes i've notice that..how funny a school like that claims second place over NSGHS..imagine next year the same school has 2 students but coincidently they both manage to get band 6 beating JR and finally taking their 1st postion;)

Amy are u using SMH's rankings cause that doesnt use percenatages hence it gives larger schools an advantage over the smaller ones ...

give up with the school rankings...you people are such losers. The only thing they do are offer marketing opportunities for those ranked at the top and condemn those at the bottom with poor enrolments and poor student quality for years to come. In my opinion why produce them at all. A truly good school need not be advertised to attract good students

but i reckon the SMH rank is gay coz they don really take into consideration how many students are actually in a grade... coz a grade with 150 is totally different to what 120 can get... theres more chance coz they got more students... blah blah

either way go the Daily Telegraph...
