Hello.

Im not sure if i can get a UAI of 84% to get in..so what other alternate paths are there?

I heard u can complete bachelor of health science and then transfer to those courses, but i heard u must complete the whole 3 years of health science. I dont want to spend 6 years at uni for those courses.

Any other paths?

I'm not sure how it works, but I'm pretty sure you can transfer from ANY course. I think theres a thread about transfers on here. BUt i a girl i know did health science for a year then transferred into first year speech path so it can be done

All i know is that you've gotta have good marks - and when you transfer you can get credit for what you've done if there are some subjects that are the same/similar.

doing one year of plain health science is ok. sounds like a good backup plan. i really wana do radiation therapy, and if i pull a miracle and get 90 uai i could do diagnostic radiography. I sure hope the UAI is lower for the 2007 cut-off

thanks for the info :)

RT n NM have a higfh drop out rate. our year has shrunk significantly. .............try to get into the course in one go...the sooner u get into it the better.
