Transferring programs for second semester? (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to do this?

I checked the key dates but it says the only application period is in october.. but I heard people have done it for second semester? Oh is it possible to transfer from Arts to Comm/Arts or Comm/Eco so long I get a WAM of 75? [is that all I need]

P.S. If I did Arts for a year then transferred to Comm/Eco, would I still get acknowledged for having done Arts for a year?

There are no details of when second semester applications are on the Key Dates page as UNSW's new internal transfer application was only introduced this semester. It'll most likely be on the 2010 calendar.
