I find it amazing how people can get above 11/15 for English. My school basically doesn't believe in full marks for English and for some reason they like the average at around 60%. THey do mark extremely hard though

My school, for the modules, has an average of around 11/12. They say that is right in terms of how the HSC is marked. But I managed a 14, a 16, and an 18 so I guess I was above average. Only one person in my year got a full 20. And only one person received an overall band 6. My school is pretty heavyhanded on the marking too, but I guess it all evens out in the end.

my final rank for eco is 10, for english hopefully 30-35, maths 2U 30-35 out of 100, and physics is 27/81. I also go to a school regularly in the top 30 but i dont know how my marks will work out in the end. but, its all over for now so theres plenty of fun to be had. And the physics average was barely over 50

My marks weren't great. I did pretty much the stupidest thing you could do. I left studying kinda late so I focused on the subjects I normally do really poorly in, and the ones I'm better at I kinda didn't touch. As a result, I did really well in the subject that in half yearly I bombed out in and really sucked in the subjects I did well in.

so yeah... not great.

English Advanced - 91% - 1st.

English Extension 1 - 100% - 1st.

French Continuers - 75% - 1st (out of only three people, mind you).

History Extension - 96% - 1st.

Modern History - 85% - 4th.

Economics - 75% - probably about 5th.

I probably could've done better in Economics, but I'm otherwise very pleased with my results.
