Hey guys :D

Im pretty new on the forum here...

Never even knew there was a UAI predicter lol... (thats so awesome btw...)

My Chem teacher just told me that there was one on here last week...... :(

Congrats everyone on ur trial results :)

I got:
88% english advanced (i hate english....)
92% Chemistry
92% Physics
85% Ext1 maths (grrr.... teacher made his own biatch of a test paper...)
75% Ext 2 maths
99% Modern History.

Some areas that i found i could work on...

But im hoping ill get these raw marks in the HSC, and hopefully end up with a UAI in the high 98's to low 99's.

Does any1 know what an 84/120 in Maths ext 2 would scale to???

As im not sure what alligned mark to enter into SAM...

Thanx :D

All the best with the coming exams, study etc...

FREEDOM IS NEAR!!!!!!!!

^ You fucking killed it. If you are able to get those marks raw in the HSC, UAI 99+ easy.

First in all but english, in which i got 2nd or third....

we havn't been told who got what in english yet....

i know its ok... its just that i dont want to be all relaxed in the test and find when i get my marks back they are considerably lower...

I know for a fact i will not get 99% in the HSC exam....

Thanks for all the support though :D

(EDIT: got told today that i got 2nd in english.....)

I don't remember my exact Trial marks (they were in the 80s) but I don't think they matter anyway as I didn't study as much as I should have but I do have my FINAL/OVERALL RANKING.

English (Advanced) 3/70or80something
Mathematics (2Unit) 7/54
Visual Arts 1or2/16
Society and Culture 2/20something
Community and Family Studies 1/12

Is taht sufficient info to estimate my UAI? Lol... I only need 70 to get into Communications at UWS but my ideal course is 98.40 @ USYD and 95.40 @ UTS. GAY. Haha.

Your ranks are great! And as far as I know your assessment ranks matter more than your assessment marks. And you will get over 85 if you improve on the General Maths a lot. Maybe get a tutor to help you for maths?

Yay I think I'm the last to put in trial results.

Physics - 94% - 1st
Chemistry - 94% - 1st
Ancient History - 94% - 1st (and no they aren't typo's...just coincidence)
English - 86% - 1st
Maths 2u - 80% - 1st (should have done better)
Maths Ext 1 - 62% - 2nd (bummed it majorly)

Could someone comment on how my UAI is looking?
BTW: all of these exams were bought from independant and catholic publishers :)

I reckon in the range of 95-96....

Maybe lift maths 2u up a bit....
And work a little bit on extension...

Otherwise ur chem and physics and ancient marks are awesome and will scale reasonably well... :D

marks for trials pretty shitty, but then again my ranks are OK, for most of my subjects anyway-- except Bio. :p For the UAI I'm aiming for I'm doing alright so far. I have one of my classes at another campus and the standard there is so incredibly low there its not funny HOWEVER, this means the scaling at my school will be pretty good I guess.

depends if you go to a selective school or not I guess. Why don't you use SAM to get a rough estimate?

ahh keep that up and work a little in maths, your set for a 98+, probably even 99+! your marks and ranks are great!
