gimme your tuna recipes

my culinary skills when concerned with tuna are limited to eating it out of the tin
or mixing it with mayo and having it with a salad or in a sandwich

Tuna on toast

Cook toast & butter it. Spread tuna on buttered toast and drizzle with olive oil and salt.

The pasta version sounds nice. I always use a quite similar thing as an appetizer with a fresh mediterranean salad. Capers, olives, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, salt&pepper, 2 anchovis. Chop everything mix together and have it with bread.

This is such a great thread for tuna lovers like me :)
Anyway a recipe I found was quite tasty is:
mixing up dried breadcrumbs with tuna + lettuce and mayo. Wonder if salad dressing tastes good with it ^^
