I realised this now but anyway.. I was just checking the timetable again.
I have all the subjects that I allocated as well as those 'auto allocated' ones but there's no tutorials that is set 'read only' on the timetable.
Why is this?
Plus, I have a feeling that I have less tuts/lecs than other people..
This is my autumn semester one (for int.design).

From a quick look around, you're missing the tutorial for Researching Design Processes 85503 (it's only held on Mondays at 1pm or 2:30pm). If you fix that, your timetable will be fine for Autumn.

In regards to the first part, not all tutorials are allocated under "You may only browse the following:" If it's any consolation, none of my tutorials for this year are read-only.

I'm really confused here.. so what do I need to do? I mean, yeah it was the tutorial for Researching Design Processes 85503 that I was talking about - it is missing on my timetable..
85502_SPR_U_1_S
Researching Design History
Lec1 (Auto Allocated)
Tut1 85503_AUT_U_1_S
Researching Design Processes
Lec1 (Auto Allocated)
Tut1 86002_AUT_U_1_S
The Human Environment
Lec1 (Auto Allocated) 86320_SPR_U_1_S
Interior Materiality and Design Detail
Lec1 (Auto Allocated)

There were the things that were listed under 'You may only browse the following'. I know auto allocated lectures can't be adjusted but tutorials has that 'READ ONLY' sign and shows up a list and I can't pick or choose anything..
I still don't understand what the problem is with this :(

And also what does it mean by
"Your task is to select each activity group in turn and, depending on the current mode of the group, either register your preferences or update your allocation. " ??
When I was doing this at the enrolment day, I only picked one activity for each subject.. was I suppose to pick each of them?? Are those 'Activities' meant to indicate different things somehow?

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you were asking why nothing was read only.

According to this thread your READ ONLY means that it should allow you to enrol whenever it is they open the activity for enrolment. I don't know when that is, or if there's a reason it's read only now, though. Just to be on the safe side, you're best to call the student centre tomorrow, even if it's just to calm your nerves.

You have to choose at least one class for each subject, but a subject may have more than one class (ie. a tutorial and a lecture). If that's the case, you'll need to allocate yourself into each of these "activities". As I mentioned in my last post, your timetable should be fine except for the read only subject. Again, if you're having problems, give the student centre a call and they will be able to sort it out for you.

Did you end up calling the student centre/ finding out what's going on with the whole situation?:)
No... they only just told me to send this eRequest which confused the hell out of me -.,-;; I did it anyway somehow and sent it to them. I guess they'll give me a reply sometime very soon :]
