does anyone know what texts like novels or "books" we might be reading for English stranded year 12 cause I wanna possibly get ahead, thanks

Honestly just ask your teachers because they know what you guys will be doing (no point reading ahead on some text that you won't study at school).

Yeah, this annoyed me exceedingly when I was at school. Whilst I always managed to be among the top 3 english students at my school without a tutor, the top student would always beat me because they had a tutor helping them. I knew because their written work always sounded perfect but when it came to class discussions, they wouldn't really say much.
