hahaa, yeh i know that rank 1 means ill get the top mark, and i know theres about a millionbazilion threads on it .. but it never struck me that it meant if im rank 1, "the exam is everything - whatever you get in the exam will be your HSC mark."

I heard they dont do the "bell curve distribution" anymore. Does that mean there's a higher chance of people getting over UAI:90?

I mean, it's a little confusing when people are saying more people are getting UAI 100 and like, its ranking, but you can't get ranked top 0% of the state can you?

It'd be nice to have a LITTLE bit of hope in getting into medicine (surgery).
