Unable to log into UAC after my hsc exams (1 Viewer)

My chrome remembers the username and password for my UAC log in details, and today just for fun I want to log back into UAC just to do a final check of my preferences and stuff, and this message came out under the password space: Authentication failed. Check you are using a 2021-22 UAC application number and PIN.
Just wonder if it is problematic, or is it a normal thing? What should i do if I wanna log back in and view my preferences?
Appreciate any advice.
