Hey.

If you apply for a scholarship for a uni, and the course for that uni is say, your 2nd preference.

You get your first preference, but you also get the scholarship for the 2nd pref. Can you take the scholarship and get the 2nd pref?

if you get your 1st preference, you are not given any other offers

you can change your preference til...a certain date. But you can change them after you get your UAI so that's PLENTY of time.
