UniKey password (1 Viewer)

Apparently I have a UniKey password but don't know what it is.
Does anyone know what the number is to call the guys that can give me a new password?

If you have forgotten your UniKey password, you can have your password reset over the phone by contacting the ICT Helpdesk on 9351 6000. You will be asked for your student ID, your date of birth and your department in order to confirm your identity.
