do it at sydney uni. i went there to do chem last year and it was great. they give you a very good book full of info and questions and the tutors are very helpful. it was about $250 IIRC for about 9, 6hr days.
edit: oh and the only drawback you might get, is that you might fall in love with Sydney uni like I did
You'll make friends there that you'll probably never see again, and you'll have to spend the rest of your 4-5 years at a uni that you might regret going to (unless you're going to sydney uni anyway) ! lol

edit2: I suppose i might answer your question anyway. Go to your desired faculty's website and look for bridging course info there. AFAIK, they start in late january, and you'll have to register and pay for it prior to it starting
