well i've got the job..
night fill, last night was my first shift

i think atm they are looking for night fillers more than say cashier..cos the other 2newbie i worked with also applied as night fillers

I got the "you've advanced further" email today. And I did next to nothing at the group interview. Not sure how I managed to get through, but I'm not complaining

After having a group interview months and months ago, a chick from Kmart called me today to ask if i was still interested in a job and then offered me a final interview

Any tips? does this mean ive basically got it or are they really picky and choosy in this interview?

From my experiance you got it.
they ask you basic questions which should be easy
you will only fail it if you give them dodgey or shit answers.

that was so easy. It only took just over an hour and we were done. The first coles group interview i went to i was there for 4 hrs! But this one was cool, and i was with cool ppl too. I went to the later one tho. 3 -5pm since i was late
