i noticed that there were no threads about international exchange. Has anyone being on exchange, and what were your experiences like? I was thinking of going to a university in the usa during spring 2010. Also, it says on the uts site that the average mark required for most faculties is 60. does anyone know how strick they are on this? because my average is around 58.

it really depends on the country and the university you are applying for but most require that exchange students have a credit average (65+) or greater. this can be 'bypassed' if you have a really good reason for going on exchange such as your heritage, etc.
