Does anyone know anything about dictation software, i.e, you give the computer voice commands, or in the case I want, you can dictate to word processors. What is the best brand? Is it possible to 'learn' voice recognition software to transcribe recordings?

Dragon Simply Speaking. or something to that effect.
Not 100% accurate, and you have to teach it a fair bit.

you could also use xp's inbuilt dictation feature... but for recordings.. well... speaker + microphone never did quite agree though i haven't tested stereo mix.

Thanks for the tips! Has anyone here bought Dragon themselves? It looks like a great program, I did a lil research on it but I am just wondering how user friendly it is.
