identify that water quality can be determined by considering: <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />
- concentrations of common ions
- total dissolved solids
- hardness
- turbidity
- acidity
for this dot point.. how detali you have to know???
do u have to know like how to determine each of that in detail?? u know wat i mean ^^

describe the design and composition of microscopic membrane filters and explain how they purify contaminated water
there is so many membrane filters -_-... which one u have to know???

gather, process and present information on the range and chemistry of the tests used to:
- monitor possible eutrophication of waterways
HELP ME WITH THIS POINT!!

For the 1st one:

Note the keyword "Identify", you don't have to write a great deal on this.
You just gotta acknowledge that water quality can be determined by considering concentrations of common ions, total dissolved solids, hardness, turbidity and acidity.

For the 2nd one:

What they all have in common is they have microscopic pores which filter out unwanted microscopic matter. They only differ in pore size.

For the 3rd one:

I heard gravimetric analysis is good.
It's more effective if you monitor ions more often, better to monitor ion levels weekly than annually.

N/A
1) I would know the detectiong method in addition

2) as f3nir said

3) eutrophication. Major thing to look for is BOD, DO, nitrate and phosphate content.
