In relation to the following question, whats a watermark?

Q:
the bank wishes to use a logo as a watermark on all its a4 correspondence to clients and customers. desribe the processes required for this task to be accomplised.

Answer that.....?

Watermark is like a very fainty background image in a document, like you can have a background picture, but you would obviously want it to be lighter and fainter so that the text can stand out better rather than the image.
