In relation to the following question, whats a watermark?

Q:
the bank wishes to use a logo as a watermark on all its a4 correspondence to clients and customers. desribe the processes required for this task to be accomplised.

Answer that.....?

No i wouldnt do that, you dont name office products, and say they do it like that in this product, u state the general procedure.
