from naver anding thradazure or graney or shane or someone else who knows a thing or 2, im getting bored/sick of 5x5 workouts so i wanna get back to doing 3x10.
am i better off doing 3x10 of a constant weight or steadily increasing?
eg dumbell press start off with 20 then go 22.5 then 25?
or stick with something like 22.5 all the way thru?
kekeke TROLLED U BROhmm yeah man lifting a total weight of 4250 kilos in under 10 minutes (dead lifts) with out the aid of any belts, straps or spotters every 2nd day without taking any protein or vitamin supplements for recovery isn't heavy lifting at all. All whilst doing a variety of other wieghts, and alternating routines sprints, jogging, cycling and martial arts training both morning and night.
trueFairly over heavy lifting and weight gain - moving slower, less endurance, more knee injuries. The ability to float over ground should never be given up.
IMO - end result should be : Can scale walls with a finger. Can sprint like a kenyan. Can tackle and punch like a school bus on ice .
It's a physical program based around authority evasion, more or less.
so you didnt want to look like the perfect human form oh okayI dirty bulked my way up so I just wouldn't look skinny. After hitting 80kg I cut my calories in half because I didn't want to end up looking like shane squires, but consequently strength gains have become very slow.
I'm looking at long slow progress now, 90kg by the end of this year, then cut a bit, prospecting being jacked in december 2013.
