like even if there was a difference, it was probably due to eating less that day or something
you need to do atleast 8 weeks of working out before you will see any real change in muscle/bf

omie, u should stop hogging the deadlifts for about 10,000 sets on thursdays!

I wish I went to gyms more often so I could curl in the squat rack/squat in the curl rack.

we had a guy doing calf extensions on the squat rack today.. took his time he did

push-ups are basically fitness related i think

i can do about 55~ but im sure many others can do a 100
