For exercise, running is the best.
well
exercise is very general
depends what kind of exercise you want/what you want to achieve.

For cardiovascular training, running isn't. Interval sprints are. i.e. go hard out for 30 seconds (on anything. running, rowing, whatever) then moderate pace for 3 minutes repeat for ~20-30 minutes and you'll be fucked up.
or
high intensity weights circuit (cardio and resistance training all in 1)

a non strong friend of mine leg presses 600kg so that's not saying much.
also, it's on an incline, also there's no core or stabilizers involved.
no one cares about how much you can lift with big ass crutches. be a man and squat with a barbell.

does anyone here make their own protein shakes?
what do you add in it and how does it taste?

i just read this on another forum:
1x Banana
2x Cup Milk
30grams WPC
20grams Powdered Oats
20grams Dextrose
1 Tablespoon Nutella
2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

Calories = 1005 calories

Fat = 43
Protein = 52.9
Carbs = 100.1

not a bad idea for me since i struggle to get enough calories, though not too sure about the banana in the shake (i could always have it separately).

what's wrong with banana in shakes? delicious.

Handy hint: cut up and freeze the banana first and it'll make your shake amazingly creamy. (srs)

My brother usually has something similar, except he puts in 30g normal oats, and instead of the Nutella he puts in a tablespoon of honey, I think he put an egg or 2 in once and didn't like it or something.

The max i've had is:
1x Banana
2x Cup Milk
30grams WPC
30g Oats

you know i'm kfnmpah, right?

if it's post workout, i'll ust have WPI

if it's breakfast, i'll have 3 eggs, 1/2 serve WPI, massive handful of spinach, frozen berries all blended up with enough water for it to blend but not be too runny (i.e. so i can eat it with a spoon)
