bench 1x ur bw, squat 1.5x ur bw, deadlift 2x your bw.

those are sort of standards, so try to aim for them first imo.
What about if you're a girl? do the same approximations apply? also, for how many reps is this?
I've been working on my bench and deadlift, gone from like 8x40kg to 6x65kg (i'm only 63kg) and my bench is like 20kg for 8-10 (incline)...

When is everyone starting their summer cut??

Would starting in October be too short?? Im ~12%BF
(This is for December summer so would be a 2 month cut)

Usually September is good enough for me but I've been going since Augustish this year. I can't be consistent with a cut .. I end up switching back to bulking without noticing.

After drinking a bottle of jamesons last night, with the aid of this mornings dehydration - the 6(nearly8)-pack has been achieved. At 88kg.

Next aim - bench to 150kg, squash fit, knees of iron and @ 85-87kg body weight.
Without a liver transplant.
Or psychiatric assessment.
Or court-ordered confinement.

The rules are strict.

Truth be told, I will accomplish this all in a heavily medicated prison without a liver.
AND THEN BREAK OPEN THE WALLS WITH MY KNEES.

And sell the story to a jesuit. For enough money to buy candles for every orphan to hold. They don't get parents, but they get wax all over their brittle hands! THESE SEGUES FORM A PORPOISE!

Oh not there now, just something to work on while this plateau seems to have lifted and can stop cutting.

Now at ~120-125kg 5x5.
Haven't tested 1rm in a long time - or looked at graphs.
