Canon played on the violin with a piano accompanying while I am walking down the aisle.

I don't know about walking back up the aisle, or during the signing of all the papers.

There is a lot of songs that I want played during the reception, but nothing that stands out to me at the moment as a bridal waltz song.

I could always be like my parents and refuse to do the bridal waltz...

Provided that I am not marrying the guy, I would like a friend from Church to play the violin for Canon (even though he is sick of playing it because he has played it at so many weddings...) and probably the current music director to play the piano for it, or one of my best friends from SHCS. And if I happen to marry a guy who is at the Uni at the moment (I doubt it though) I would like my yr 11/12 music teacher to sing while we are signing the papers. He grew up living on the farm nextdoor to my music teacher's family... Small world!!

This thread (and the funeral thread) has prompted me to put a stack of "love songs" on my playlist for current listening... I started off with the entire Dawson's Creek soundtrack *cringe*...

Pachelbel's Canon is nice.

When I get married, I want something to happen like in Love Actually, where all the musicians jump out from the audience and sing a classic like "All You Need is Love...dumdedumdedum..."

What else...well I don't know, things could change. I've loved "At The Beginning" by Donna Lewis & Richard Marx since I discovered it in 1998.
