I vaguely remember listening to Halber Mensch a very long time ago, though I think it's fair to say that Zeichungen des Patienten O.T. is a lot more grating and less melodic. Don't think you'd enjoy it as much for that very reason, but see how you go, it is considered by many to be their best.
