my half brother was a professional body builder. he won mr australia and is working as a personal trainer in N.Y and has been in mens health mag a few times/was on the cover of a few bodybuilding mags/did some modelling stuff. . . not that i can give you any tips or anythingquik. said:I want to compete in (and win!) a natural bodybuilding comp
my health routine has gone completely off the rails because of the hsc. i went from running every day and for around 1.5 hours once a week, to sitting on my ass and adopting a really bad refined carb diet. i want to restore the balance next year, or as soon as i can:
-have fish oil every day
-run 3 x a week
-replace running with bikram yoga in winter
-completely quit all forms of lolly
-swim twice a week
-don't eat yum cha, or anything with msg in it
-quit caffeine, incl. no doze
-3L of water a day
-cut alcohol consumption down to once a month
-don't pull any all-nighters, unless they are for recreational purposes like movie marathons or i am on drugs.
and i want to:
-lose a teeny bit of fat so i can have more definition in my lower abs
hopefully my goals are attainable, but i think what i've set out for myself isn't that hard.
