What did everyone's teachers give them for thier BOW??? (1 Viewer)

Just woundering what everyone got from their teachers for their BOW........ Our school is so tightly packed in with marks, no one got below 30 even though everyone thinks that one person deserved about a 10 including the persons who artwort it was.............

I got 44/50 for My Major Work...I felt that the teachers marked pretty hard considering some of the other students' marks...

our school's stupid though. they didn't give a mark to our completed bow.

I got 47 out of 50 for my BOW. So damn happy about that mark!

I got 50. I just hope the board markers also find sympathy in their hearts. ^^
we had a lot of 49s, and the lowest was 32 i think.

I'm thinking maybe they did mark ours.. and didn't tell us...
Because the way our teacher was working he would give us all high marks for tests, and separate us by around 1-3 percent each. I think the thing he might have used to separate us was the internal assessment

well... i dunno about all the other schools, i assumed it was the same everywhere.. but for your assessments you got marks for all your asessments as "work in progress"... same with all my other major work subjects...

I found off my school that school's aren't actually allowed to mark something internally that they send off to also be marked...however they can mark ur process diary, and take into account the ammount of work you've done on ur major or something

im at private, I think it kinda does because it's like... giving extra substance to something that they've set at being worth 50% of the assessment mark.

ie, if the school simply gave u the major work as 50% of ur internal mark & 50 of the exam mark it has alot more weighting than its supposed to.

they wouldnt give us the marks they only told us which band we got in and my bow got in the highest band so it could range from anything from 40 - 50 i guess... o well!
