You'll enjoy Modern History :D, unless you hate history altogether. :(

Because I know several people who had no choice but to pick modern and ended up loving it.

Yeah, it depends on, which topics you study but if you enjoy history, it won't kill you.

Why 2 English subjects?
Aren't those subjects a bit hard? I know they're not physics or specialist maths but, they're still hard.

14 Units...is that a bit too high and drop a subject next year? or just leave it as it is?

im only in year 10 but you got great scaling subjects with history and the extensions. If you get low 80's in all your subjects your still pretty much guaranteed a uai 90+ so dont worry about scaling of subjects. i think you'll ace it up though.

Read the signature for what subjects I'm doing both in the Prelim. year and the HSC year! No exams or tests for the maths, since it's all over the holidays at the moment. hehe.

Total of 12 units. But in the HSC (year 12) I will have 3units of maths gone, so 9, but then I have to take up my Ext. 2 maths... so +1 unit. 10 units for the actual HSC year.
