There is something called bing.

Resource efficiency means using the Earth's limited resources in a sustainable manner while minimising impacts on the environment. It allows us to create more with less and to deliver greater value with less input.

Sorry to be blunt, but if it was plainly on google he would search it. He's asking for it in a legal studies context. ^

Pretty much, I link everything to it as keeping costs low, whether it be in the court room, or in any areas of govt spending regarding legal stuff lol

it's hard to explain, but for e.g. charge negotiation can alleviate costs and can be seen as resource efficient as it keeps costs low and uses less efficient as it uses less court room time and resources due to the person pleading guilty for e.g.

Hard to explain, it's one of those things you just recognise pending on a situation lol

It refers to : - is there enough money to fund the enforcement of the law? e.g enough money to create new childrens courts or enough money to upgrade police training?
- It can also refer to are there enough police? enough courts? enough diversionary programs? For example the court system is incredibly flooded, thus there is a resource defficiency of courts

Easiest way of thinking about it:

Bad resource effeciency = inability to carry out justice in terms of it's enforceability, protection etc

Relevant case study could include Police v. Raymond, where a 14 year old boy became homeless due to the systems lack of resources (appropriate staff, papers etc). You can find more about it on the internet I'm sure.
