leb bread w/ salsa tuna, avocado and melted cheese
glass of half brekkie juice/half water.
A banana.
A coffee w/soy milk + 2 sugars.

Sister is making chicken shnitzel for dinner. Never made it before. We'll see how this goes.

cant do that in missions across south america, africa, middle east or east asia.
