Breaky: 2.5 weetbixs with sugar and light milk :p

Recess: 4 crackers & some grapes

Lunch: 2 mandarins and a small wagon wheel

Dinner: *at 4pm* Bowl of lentil soup

Snack: Light yoghurt and a handfull of raw nuts.

Am sooo proud of self :p Managed to stay away from too much junk today...

Breakfast: Potato Sandwich
Snack: LCM Bar, some muesli bar
Lunch: Chicken Burger (tasted crap, from the canteen, cbb walking to the shops which are a 5 min walk)
Snack: Orange Juice, followed by Chicken & Corn Soup, and Snako's Chicken flavoured Biscuits
Snack: Omelette with toast
Dinner: spinach with bread & rice (yeah me too), prawn curry.
Snack: Coffee
Are yu allowed to leave school at lunch?

late breakfast: 1 egg omelette, some halva thing (dunno what its called in english), 4 slices of buttered toast.
lunch: pasta with mixed veges and spinach.
snack: almonds, peanuts, other nuts.
snack: banana.
dinner: rice with spinach, 7 large chicken nuggets, 4 spinach and ricotta cheese triangles.
snack: piece of chocolate.

healthy boi but a little bit naughty towards the end ;)

As far as I know it's just called Halva. Bit strong for my taste lol, particularly the pistachio.

An apple, a hot chocolate, another hot chocolate, a handful of shapes and two slices of toast with melted cheese.

Um, you're not eating enough. Stay away from junk if you like, but eat some healthy food instead, or you're not going to stay off the junk for long!

edit: particularly carbs for energy, you need something more substantial for lunch to keep you going

Ate heaps today because had assessments:

2 crumpets with honey and butter
Half a mocha
Pasta with vege sauce and cheese, 3 small pieces of brie, salad, quarter of an avocado, half a piece turkish bread
Two slices toasted turkish bread with vegemite
Hot chocolate
Chai latte

lol really?

Im sorta trying to trim up a lil so im attempting to eat healthier and exercise?

recess: skipped it

lunch: oportos

dinner- spaghetti.

what a diet... no fruit or vegetables thus far.. no wonder i cant last a whole soccer game these games

haha thanks for the correction, im not thinkin straight at the moment..

wo0o atleast you attempt to play soccer... tis khutee ;)...half my life pretty much revolves around soccer, or 'football' as it should be called.:sun:

Kwl... im assuming yu play in a team of some sort... i love soccer season cause the park near my place is always FULL of hotties :eek:!

breakfast: maccas at 5:30am ugh

8am: coffee, banana

mid morning: ham, tomato, lettuce sandwich on wholemeal bread

lunch: mandarin, can of tomato flavoured tuna, handful of cashews

afternoon: can of V, few pieces of chocolate

dinner: steak, baked potato, brown rice salad, caesar salad

breakfast: toast with huney, mocha.
lunch: double fillet bondi burger meal (w chips and can of coke).
dinner: turkish bread with beef mince and kidney beans, lettuce, cucumber.
