Breakfast: 2 eggs with zucchini and a cup of tea.
Lunch : Arabic dish called mloukhieh yummy! !!!!! :)
Dinner: prob some tea. I had a very late lunch.

i can never decide whether or not i prefer normal twisties over chicken twisties, then i think it's chicken and i buy them and THEN i realise it was normal all along.

add in 4 almonds and a few blueberries

not going to eat a single piece of junk food until friday lunch time when we go to http://www.gelatomessina.com/ omg omg omg omg nomnomnomnomnomnomnom

Chicken is only good for the first 10 packets, then everybody reverts back to original.

Anyway Lunch - noodles
Dinner- pork and brown rice

Brunch - scrambled eggs on toast with mushrooms and a vanilla milkshake
dinner - 6 egg whites

lunch: lemon pepper squid + salt and pepper squid
that stuff fills you up. had a few pieces of each and i've been full all day

Maan im soo hungry I am about to down 4 serves of kangaroo steak!
I missed out on brekky because I slept in and did not have any time
Lunch was scrappy i had a few sandwiches but did not even come close to filling me up

uhh..bottle of water, continental alfredo packet pasta stuff. Not much in the cupboards here until grocery shopping tomorrow , should however find something to eat now :/

Lunch: Cheese toastie on rye bread with salt and pepper and garlic
Snack: Some fruit/nut/seed mix
Dinner: Will be going out to thai (yum!)

Eating so much these days

Glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, one poached egg on white toasted bread [breakfast]
Home made beef lasagne, appletiser(?) [lunch]
A bunch of seedless grapes, an apple and a banana [snack]
salad+crumbed chicken breast [dinner]
Wafers with assortment of cheeses and tuna in oil [after dinner snack]

have not eaten this much in a long time
