got up at 7 to finish off an assignment... got to uni at 11 and have been in a tut and a lab all day

baked chicken breast for dinner methinks.

4 cups of peppermint tea to fix my stomach
1 piece of burgen bread with vegemite, also to fix my stomach

add a protein bar and a tin of tuna and a shake i just made with: celery, spinach, blueberries, protein powder
