3/4 low cal vitamin water

Just did an hour of cardio waiting for this dumb mechanic to finish working on my car and over charge me for it.
Automobile mechanics are not dumb.

2 scoops alphamine, 1 multi
10g bcaa
350g salmon fillet, 250g cottage cheese, 2 handfuls of lettuce+rocket+diced tomatoes
40g wpi, banana
1/4 cup of rice, bunch of broccoli, spam omelette

excuse me what is so funny about an iced chocolate


yesterday i had

iced coffee
eucalyptus lolly
3/4 low cal vitamin water
skim coconut milkshake
kebab
2L red wine (from a box because I'm a classy lady)
2 cocktails (which i gave back to mother nature)

today I've had:
2L of diet coke

2 burritos (it was free burrito day)
1 had: spicy chicken, rice, beans, salsa, cheese
1 had: slow cooked pork, salsa, guac, sour cream (omg)
1.25L of lite ice tea
plate of broccoli

30 mintues of cardio

wtf how asian are you? taking photos of every meal far out

yongzehn chen (4025808) has an album on facebook (maybe even multiple albums i deleted him i think) of food far out major ceebs

I didn't think it'd be that many courses but I thought it was a good opportunity to try out the iPhone camera. And then I kept going for completeness sake.
