brekky: tea + vegemite toast, then hot chocolate from maccas at the train station

lunch: chicken salad focaccia + lemon/lime mineral water

snack: strawberry yoghurt-top muesli bar

dinner: not hungry, will rummage through fridge later

oh plus some coffee and a lot of water.
