You could always drink stuff.. like a thick soup.. that should make you feel bloated.. for awhile..

ooh nice. The ones you get from wollies is crap though. Thats why I buy from pizza hut or something, same price methinks. Oh yeah, what I do in that situation is to drink heaps of water lol

no water actually helps the chilli get worse. Milk is the best thing for chilli. But my face was sooo red and everyone was laughin at me
