breakfast: 2 egg omelette, 3 slices of white rye bread (toasted), mocha.

lunch: pasta with beef mince bolognese, some glasses of water.

after: pre-workout shake.

after: post workout small bigmac meal, post workout shake.

dinner: rice with curried chicken and home made yoghurt and a spicy mash potato patty, apple and mango juice.

Ur breakfast puts my 2 weetbix with sugar to shame :(

Bacon & Egg & Cheese English muffin (home made) at 2 am.
4 or 5 cans of coke
A large Caramel Latte from Michel's Patisserie
2 large cans of mother
2 large cans of V
A chicken Kebab
A medium mighty angus meal
Cheese & Bacon fries with ranch dressing (made at home)
Roll ups.

Haven't had dinner yet, kinda hungry.

protein shake (1 scoop + 600mL of skim milk)
chicken teriyaki foot long sub
protein shake (1 scoop + 600mL of skim milk)
dolma (ethnic food, rice/red meat wrapped in vine leaves) + 3 chicken skewers
600mL of skim milk with 2 spoons of milo
2 toasted tuna sandwiches with lettuce/beetroot/tomatoe/wholemeal bread
1 handful of almonds

P/fruit yoghurt with Dick Smith's Bush Tucker cereal
A salad
Two chocolate biscuits
Organic corn chips
Another plum
And in the future a peanut satay stir fry
