where did you get your haircut and what does it look like?

so far i've had

5 egg whites, 2 yolks
1/2 tin of 4 bean mix
2 cups of tea
about to have lunch

just bought a $200 text book for 80 bux online. waiting on some others for 75% off yeah boii

Lunch: I had this chicken satay thing with mixed vegetables and boiled rice on the side. It was soo yum.
Add also an orange muffin.

i got a fringe and it's all screwy :( I tried a new hairdresser at a place my boss gets her hair cut... I was the first <60 year old client she had in 3 years (did not know this till it was too late)

stir fry with tofu broccoli zucchini carrot bok choy and massuman curry paste

you're training is pointless if you keep eating badly. Might as well throw your money and time out the window.
I know. I've just been really busy the past two weeks. Things should settle by Tuesday next week. Do you know any quick and healthy meals I could try?

I can go grocery shopping this Sunday.

breakfast: 8 krispy kreme donuts
lunch: 2 large quarter pounder meals from maccas
dinner: a whole load of kfc

a quick meal is a chilli con carne wrap

what you need:
mince
tinned chilli con carne beans (woolworths/coles where all the chickpeas and tinned beans are)
some vegetables (carrot, peas, corn cut up in a frozen bag)

cook mince, put beans and vegetables in and cook until the vegetables are warm
can put on a wrap with salad and natural yoghurt fuck yum

or

just cook 1c. brown rice and some chicken and portion it out into containers so they're ready to grab.

you are an ectomorph (difficult gaining weight) so you need to eat lots of low GI carbs and lots of protein and a moderate amount of healthy fats.

if you are lazy just carry around a tub of peanut butter/almonds in your bag and eat that all day in between meals lol idk

I'll do the brown rice and chicken thing as an afternoon tea thing, and i'll try the wrap this weekend.

I have like 30 minutes to prepare for school in the morning, including breakfast and packing all my shit for school, so sometimes i'm in too much of a hurry to make lunch and i'll just chuck random stuff in my bag and never get around to eating it.


what are your thoughts on frozen meals? the supermarket kind?
