2 multigrain slices, 140g cottage cheese, 2 cans of tuna in olive oil
some meat pastry thing
cup of orange and strawberry juice
fish oil pills

okay in order to save money and also for fun I've been eating a lot of carbs for the past week. Rice, bread, a lot of pasta.

Three things:

1. I'm noticeably hungrier than usual. I don't normally get hungry between meals (5-6 hours), but for the past week I've been needing to eat every few hours.
same. which is why my diet consists mainly of dead cow/pig

- Oatmeal with sliced bananas
- Vanilla yoghurt
- Sandwich with one veggie patty, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and cucumbers
- Tofu and vegetables (carrot, red capsicum, baby corn and bean sprouts)
