6 mushrooms with 2 egg whites scrambled
a couple of bites of chicken

1.25L diet lemonade
8L water

+ sugar free hot chocolate
+ 2 more diet cokes
+ 100g chicken (schnitzel but i took the crumbs off)
+ 2 scoops of ice cream ugh

30 minutes of walking and a 30 minute bike ride

+ 8L water
+ light iced tee

man i hate cheesecake

cheese and cake like what even is that

(except baked ricotta cheesecake i could live off that shit)


skim cappuccino
instant coffee with a spoon of sugar free hot chocolate powder
2L water so far
600mL leek, fennel and garlic broth (boiled aforementioned vegetables in water and strained because me stomach hurts :( )
I have a can of diet coke and a can of sugar free lemonade in my bag and probs won't be home until 7 derp

Brekkie - Steak and cheese and avocado

Lunch - turkey/cranberry/walnut salad with ranch dressing and some crackers and pineapple slices

Dinner - mint and goat's cheese chicken sausages, potato gems, stir fry vegies

about to have lunch which will be chicken kiev (with no bread crumbs) and green vegies
