Dinner: Chunky oven chips & tomato sauce
Snacks: Chocolate eclair [bad], Wine [bad], popcorn

I ate too much yesterday.

Lunch: Sun dried tomato, brie and camembert
Dinner: Salmon (homemade)

Beverages:
2 glasses of lemonade (homemade)
2 cups of tea (2 tea bags, dash of milk, 1 teaspoon sugar)
1 coffee (milk)

Midnight snack: something in the freezer that's microwaveable (preferably mac and cheese, or a burrito).

I have lost 11.5kg as of day 50 (today) of my healthier eating.

So the past week has been reasonably bad diet wise and only lost 0.7kg.

Sunday
Breakfast:
Lunch: Corn fritters
Dinner: Corn & potatos
Snacks: 4 x chocolates, custard type dessert, nuts
