They gave really crap rooms for the HSC lectures. Most of the other rooms in that building have nice comfy chairs. Either that or it's been upgraded since last year .

Carslaw's not that bad. Some rooms are bad, but there's some which have been refitted with new seats. And there's this room with a giant TV screen, not a digital overhead projector but an actual monitor screen. Don't know why they'd bother.

There's the new Economics and Business building which is really nice. Good computers in every room. There's these really cool digital dot matrixy display things outside each room which says what class is scheduled to be in that room for the day. Not sure if they have LCD and touch screen controls, because I've never actually had a look. I suppose it does and that's why all the lecturers and tutors never know how to fix things.

not all the buildings suck, and does it really matter whether the lights are controlled by a LCD display or through an actual switch?

University of Wollongong is good for chicks and the unibar. But other than that it provides a good grounding for Commerce and getting into industry because the big businesses such as BHP etc come through and employee every decent graduate which is always good when thinking about post-uni stuff.

And how can you beat having a uni next to the beach.
