No, Vista was pretty shit.

I'm on Mac OSX (Snow Leopard) but I'll be dual booting with Windows 7 soon.
Then triple booting with Linux later.

"was" fine but now windows 7 is better and more faster

i really don't wanna keep reiterating my <3 for Win 7
lol i actually used 'was' because i don't use it anymore. i wasn't really referring to any new updates or newly released os' like windows 7.

Criticism of Windows Vista - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Mm the free is encyclopedia

So Google's releasing an open source OS by the end of next year. Looks interesting but it's supposed to focus on the internet (world wide web), which I'm not too stoked about. It's targeted at netbooks, so I suppose it should be useful for students
i wanna get the Google OS for my netbook when it comes out, when is it being released?? lol

Edit: i was referring to the full version.

lmao, anybody can link a wikipedia article. i'm asking you what you found wrong with vista because otherwise, you're just ignorantly regurgitating alot of the shit you hear.

So so true. Vista is simply annoying - kinda looked cool though (lead into Windows 7)

Debian squeeze, with packages from sid and experimental. I'm not presently dual-booting anything but I have Win 7 RC in VirtualBox.

Apart from it fucking itself over when automatically updating, its overall resource hogging abilities makes Norton look nice.

ok so windows 7 rtm x64 ultimate finally finished downloading.

it came with some windows 7 toolkit 1.8, which, according to my techxpert friend, is really good and worth lots of money.

will do a clean install of W7 after i've finished resident evil 4 (if i can be bothered finishing it)

I wanted to install Windows 98 on my computer but it wasn't easy at all.

I worked from 9am to 9pm for less than a fraction of minimum wage.

I sold myself as slave labour.

Then I searched long and hard for Windows 98 and finally found it.

Installed it immediately.

Then I found out there is a missing character from the licence key preventing me from completing the installation.

FML.
