2. They complement one another
3. Physics is the 'FOUNDATIONAL SCIENCE"
4. I want to improve my prac mark, the more sciences done the more time doing experiments learning the names of arcane equipment etc.
Question-IS 13 UNITS REALLY TOO MANY???????????????:D
i agree ! like.. full 100%!
they all link to each other in some strange way or another.. plus i'm writing up 2 pracs anywhoo.. what damage does it do to write up another ? :D

at least writing pracs cuts down the amount of essays i have to write essays = :chainsaw:

13 units is not too many if u think so.. its up to you.. only you know what is best .. Huy is doing 14 .. so yeah.. depends who u are.. he wrtoe this sumwhere in the 'how many units are u doing' thread.. i think its in the school section :) go browse through there :)

If so what are the urls????
Kimmeh what is a good bio textbook that is exclusively for HSC as I've already got excel preliminary. Do you think its worthwhile getting context seeing as I found yr 11 biology painful????

Does anyone know anymore sites about textbooks that are any good????

Don't bother getting the English advanced all texts study guide, its shithouse and only gives you a plot and character outline.

For the modules get the individual excel books, they're really good.

I can't help you with AOS cos it changes for you guys and they haven't written any for Journeys yet (well, they aren't in the shops yet).

But I would just suggest going to the huge Angu & Robertson in the city and browsing through their huge selection. Don't disregard them just cos you haven't heard of the brand. Take some time to flick through them and then decide.

i got told not to get the textbooks that have like "yr 12 english" on them where they talk about a number of texts.. i got told to buy the small individual ones..the study guides ;) coz they have much more detail and dont have crap you dont need :p

For english all the guides on journeys come out end of this year or early next year, there are heaps... I was told that a good one will be called "Guide to Journeys" published by Wizards or sumthin like that.

Im gonna get the "Revise HSC Chem in a month" by the excel people... are they any good?
