I go to sleep around 9.30. I've been doing that for years anyhow, so I've been getting a good 9 hours or so sleep every night.

Early, I set my sleep so I get around the 8'40'' of sleep. That's like...from 10.30 to 7:30 taking into account time to fall asleep...etc.
