Try doing 1.30am to 7am Andy.

No, that's quite early actually and besides, you're getting the recommended 8 hours per day. But for year 11, I guess that is a little late but still early.

yeah, i don't know how i do that either...
when i was in year 7~8 I remember sleeping about 6 hours or less each day
it's so bad, this habit.. accumulates bad health and makes your skin bad..
remember once i suddenly slept really well (had a very deep and long sleep), but when i woke up i was so sick i could hardly move.. and every move was so hard..
i am thinking that this is because "bad health" is suppressed if you're caught in the cycle of sleeping late and insufficiently, and the 'signs' won't show up until one day when you're totally relaxed ... and when it shows.. it's shocking because all the accumulated body deficiencies just come all at once......like a barrel of bad wine all poured ..into you.

yeah its the continuous cycle which kills it....and from first hand experience, not letting your skin rest for an adequate amount of time really screws it up and makes it all oily (well for me) and pimples start forming.
hahaha all that bad experiences with long and deep sleep means that you tend to sleep very little, so you dont feel as your immobile.

get ready to sleep at 1030 but I end up sleeping at like 1100-1130ish. wake up at 6:30 for morning classes or around 730 for normal school days. I aim to get 8 hours of sleep every night so I calculate when my alarm goes off the night before. lol

Same. I usually drift to sleep at around 11pm but with the exams coming up, it's now 11:30-12pm.
