I am not a morning person and I'm groggy around lunch time so afternoon is ideal. Yesterday's exam was a good time.

11am. im still asleep at 9:30 and the afternoon time is way too late, i'd want to get it over and done with for the day

Depends what type of subject the test will be on. For like english, economics & biology it would be great to have it on 2pm. For like any maths related subject it would be great to start at 9:30am. For physics well 2pm would also be great.
